I recently had my boats annual service completed by First Coast Marine, and the experience was excellent. Zach and Mackenzie were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Zach and his team was kind enough to squeeze in a service on my sea fox with twin engines. It was the most thorough service that I’ve ever seen. To the point that pictures and video of the service was provided at completion. (I just had to post one picture of the 50 that was sent to me, I mean, who even provides this kind of reinsurance) No doubt they will be my go to company from here on out.
I highly recommend this company, Zach is a master at his trade and certainly taught me a couple things along the way, Mackenzie was a pleasure to work with. I will use them for all of my boat service going forward.
In my opinion, the measure of a small business is not only now well it performs the task at hand, but also how well it handles the situation if something goes awry. We dropped off our newly purchased used boat to Zach and Kenzi for inspection and repairs. These folks stayed in almost constant contact this us while repairs were being made. Zach and Mackenzie run a great shop, they went above and beyond getting my Suzuki DF140 back up and running for me. This was after other shops told me I needed to just buy a new motor. Very fair pricing and great communication. I will use their shop for all of my marine needs in the future. Highly recommend them for your service requirements.
