Very friendly. Called for weekend service and were unavailable at the specific time needed. Without asking they called around and gave tips - great customer service
I recently had my boats annual service completed by First Coast Marine, and the experience was excellent. Zach and Mackenzie were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They completed a full service, addressed a couple of minor issues I wasn’t aware of, and ensured everything was cleaned, greased, and running properly. Zach and his team was kind enough to squeeze in a service on my sea fox with twin engines. It was the most thorough service that I’ve ever seen. To the point that pictures and video of the service was provided at completion. (I just had to post one picture of the 50 that was sent to me, I mean, who even provides this kind of reinsurance) No doubt they will be my go to company from here on out.
I highly recommend this company, Zach is a master at his trade and certainly taught me a couple things along the way, Mackenzie was a pleasure to work with. I will use them for all of my boat service going forward.
In my opinion, the measure of a small business is not only now well it performs the task at hand, but also how well it handles the situation if something goes awry. We dropped off our newly purchased used boat to Zach and Kenzi for inspection and repairs. These folks stayed in almost constant contact this us while repairs were being made.
