Lisa is a terrific agent! I didn't realize signing up for Medicare and choosing a Medicare Advantage plan would be so complicated, but it was. Lisa made it so easy! When I told her I was caring for 2 aging parents and my time was limited, she went to work for me. She asked questions about my health and life needs, then did all the leg work for me.
