Totally Pleasant Expereience – I have purchased two Can Am Spyders since April 2010 and could not be more pleased with the whole experience ar First Coast. Go to First coast in St Augustine NOT JAX STORES – "Our 1st experience with First Coast St. Augustine was outstanding! It was the best of any dealers we have visited in the last year! dont waste your time – i called these people about a ruckus , was quoted a price then they called me everyday for two weeks when i went to talk to them was told they only had one left and price went up 750.00dollars i gave them a deposit and wanted to finance it . then i never heard from them again . i found a dealer up north had 15 for 500.00 cheaper . went back to honda to get my deposit was gave the run around finally called owner twice in one month i finally got a check two weeks later this dealer is a bullshitter DO NOT... read more

Stay away!!!!! – I had my Shadow worked on there. After a whole month, and a thousand dollars, they didnt do the things that I asked them to do. I even supplied the part to be replaced and they lost it. They installed a jet kit and didnt do it correctly...it backfires horribly now. They were supposed to replace brake pads...nope. A power port...nope. Install new tag lights...nope They replaced a brand new sealed battery with a cheap yusa for 81 bucks. Worst of all...they scratched the crapout of the paint.I'm disputing with ... read more

I can confirm what was written about the $1500 bike turning into a $2100 bike. In addition, they were going to finance this for 48 months at 24.75%. I said no and offered to pay cash. That's when the price went up. They're slick & dishonest. Steer clear.

theives – i was going to buy a used honda ruckus for 1500, lucky for me it was the last day of the month and they wanted to make sales on the last day, so they dropped the price to 1399. i put a 400$ down payment on the ruckus and had them send the invoice to my uncle who agreed to make up the difference of 1000. they had me sign the paper work and they sent the bill to him. he called me and said that the paper they sent was for 2100$.
