I always enjoy dropping in at First Coast CrossFit when I am in town from Ft. Lauderdale! Kelsie and Daniel always greet me, make me feel at home, and help me through every WOD (in case I need any scaling options - lol). I've been dropping in there for about 5-6 years and always look forward to going back when I pass through town!
My husband and I joined together about 4 months ago and have had the best experience! Not only are we getting a great work out in, but we are surrounded by great people & the best coaches. Starting CrossFit wasn’t something I planned, but the team at FCCF really supports you in trying soemthing new. I feel stronger & more motivated than ever! Can’t wait for the next 4 months with FCCF!
I could not be happier with my membership at FCCF. The coaching is top notch and the workouts kick my ass in the best possible way. Love the sauna of course, had to mention that. I feel much more alive now than I have in years. Even after just a few weeks, I'm losing lbs and gaining confidence. If you're like me and need some external accountability, then this gym is for you.
