FCCF is Great!! Daniel and his staff go over and above to make sure everyone is comfortable with all movements. The focus is on total fitness including weights, cardio and nutrition with classes and private sessions available. I highly recommend Frist Coast for your fitness needs.

My wife and I have been training at First Coast CrossFit in Jacksonville and it’s been an awesome experience for the both of us. If you’re looking for a great CrossFit gym in Jacksonville, this place is definitely worth checking out. Owner and coach Daniel Mattsson-Boze has built a really strong community and runs a very well-programmed gym. Did a drop in here at first coast while on vacation from Long Island. Coach Kelsey was coaching. She greeted me and took me right in like I have been one of her athletes for a while now. Gym is super clean with all very maintained equipment. I've been to some real dirty CrossFit boxes with equipment falling apart. This is NOT that place. Biggest thing to mention is Coach Kelsey is a REAL DEAL COACH. She walked around with constant attention on every athlete especially myself as i am slowly coming back from knee surgery. FCCF is my favorite place to be. As someone who used to be very mean to my body ~ disordered eating, negative self-image, unhealthy relationship to exercise ~ I just can’t believe that I found a place as safe, genuine, and intentional as this. Dan and the coaches help everyone feel welcome, capable, and important. I’m so thankful to have a healthy relationship with exercise and my body maybe for the first time ever. Plus, it’s nice that I can run without throwing up now. :]
