My husband and I joined together about 4 months ago and have had the best experience! Not only are we getting a great work out in, but we are surrounded by great people & the best coaches. I could not be happier with my membership at FCCF. The coaching is top notch and the workouts kick my ass in the best possible way. Love the sauna of course, had to mention that. I feel much more alive now than I have in years. Even after just a few weeks, I'm losing lbs and gaining confidence. If you're like me and need some external accountability, then this gym is for you. I’ve been a member at six different CrossFit gyms in three states over 12 years. FCCF has the most professional, attentive, inclusive coaching I’ve ever encountered. The facility is great, the community is great, and the business is well-run and diligent - the ideal well-rounded gym!
