We are a CrossFit gym located on Park Street in Avondale, right next to Orsay. We specialize in small group classes and pride ourselves on a welcoming and supportive environment. We are happy to accommodate any ability level from experienced CrossFitters to those with no fitness experience at all. No matter where you are in your health and wellness journey we can help you achieve your goals and become the healthiest possible version of yourself.

I have been searching for a CrossFit to workout at while I’m in Jacksonville which is quite often and I have visited several around Jax and was so discouraged that I couldn’t find one I loved… but then I found First Coast Coast CrossFit through a mutual friend and now will always have a place to train while I’m in Jax! The coaches have all been so welcoming, encouraging, and very aware of technique, form, etc. to ensure safe lifting & moving! Very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful coaches. Know how to push you to progress and keep you on track with progressing to fit your goals. Members and coaches are some of the nicest people to workout with. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into crossfit or looking for new ways to push their fitness journey.
