I dont like to write a review after one experience, but I’ve been a patient for several years now… (often times visiting once a week) so I figured it was time to leave a comment. Dr. Swami is one of my favorite physicians. His bedside manner is spectacular and it’s really made what should be a stressful situation quite manageable. Let me start by saying the doctor and medical staff are great. The office staff on the other hand, is unprofessional and downright rude. I called a couple months ago to see what my out of pocket cost would be for allergy shots. They were supposed to call me back in February with test results and to tell me my portion. They never did. The allergy shot works like a charm. Text upon arrival. Wait 5 -10 minutes and you will receive a text telling you are next. Enter building. Get your shot. Take paperwork to front desk. Pay co-pay. And Bob's your uncle!
