Dr. Swami and his care- phenomenal. Unfortunately, office staff (billing), very unprofessional and an overall “not my problem” attitude even though I had already taken the time to speak with the insurance company before reaching out to the office. Loud background noise on the phone and a rude tone, unwilling to troubleshoot the obvious disconnect between the insurance company and the billing codes. The most kind staff. They have been so helpful through every single appointment and process. every staff member is just as friendly as the next. They even helped me find a place for a blood draw after difficulties with labcorp! Definitely recommend.
Dr. Swami has allowed me to gain control of my asthma and allowed me to understand more of what my triggers are. I also gained more knowledge on what I am allergic and surprisingly what I am no longer allergic to because of the allergy test. I have to say that I highly recommend Dr. Swami to anyone with allergy/asthma issues. He makes you feel completely comfortable and makes sure you completely understand everything going on. He gives you your next steps and helps you make a plan.
