Fitst Class Vacations sent a courier to my home to pick up s $3000 check for an Alaskan Cruise. They never responded with a booking and then blamed Covid on the inability to produce our vacation. As time passes and Covid passed they stull never came through. They slso took money from my in laws for the same cruise. They have enailed us asking for us to “join” and pay MORE money so they can book it which i declined… WHERE IS MY $3000 ?
Do not book with this crooked agency they have not returned our refunds since 2019. The owner Jeff Nahom is a crook along with his accomplice Steven Bradley. Myself and a group of senior citizens and veterans. There were 14 people in our group and we all sent checks via fed ex in July and aug of 2019. The checks totaled over 27 thousand dollars for a cruise trip to Spain and Italy. To this day he has only refunded one couple and myself for 1000 dollars. Do not deal with them.
