Our moving truck broke down mid-load during a house-to-house transfer. First Class towed it while we stayed with the furniture. They even found a second truck nearby for us to reload into. Total lifesaver during a stressful day.
These guys are truly first class. Got into a pinch trying to move a 6' x 6' tool box into a storage unit. We ran into trouble after we had another towing company bring it there (no fault of theirs - they just got busy with other calls and could not return before it down poured) getting it physically into the storage unit, they went above and beyond to help us find a solution with a back up plan as it started to rain.
