I ran into a gas station, came back out, and boom—my keys were in the ignition, engine humming. I was embarrassed and stressed. Called First Class. They didn’t laugh, didn’t judge. Showed up fast, popped it open in under five minutes, and even made sure I had gas before they left.
One of our rigs got buried in mud at a job site. It was Sunday, and I didn’t expect anyone to answer. First Class not only answered, they had a heavy wrecker out there in under an hour. The operator knew exactly what he was doing—pulled us out clean without damage. They saved our Monday.
Trevor picked up my tool boxes this evening. Top notch service, cautious, and meticulous when strapping down what I consider my Ferrari. 10/10 would use again!
We called them after our daughter had been in a crash, they were compassionate and friendly. They sent someone right away and they were there within 15 minutes. The driver was super helpful and was very kind. They knew how to work with our insurance so we did not have to pay. I would highly recommend.

The guy was calm, quick, and had me out of there in 30 minutes. He didn’t just tow me—he made sure I was safe with my kid in the cold.
