Justin bransfield did my taxes and is very unprofessional does even give proper paperwork and OVER CHARGES
They stole my identity and went missing entirely after I found out, scam artists.. do not file here. I literally have no family nor friends so dealing with adulting has been a hassle in itself.. this was sadly unexpected.

They do work hard to get you all the tax credits you qualify for. However, I've been asking the manager for a couple of weeks for copies of my tax documents and she told me she would send them. After me asking her a few more times where my documents were, she just stopped responding! I'm so pissed! I probably won't return next year.
