Thanks to Dr. Vic and the team at First Class Smiles, I don't fear a dental appointment. I actually look forward to it. Any time you have to have a dental procedure beyond cleaning, there is a certain amount of anxiety, discomfort or pain associated with going. Look, it's not a relaxing vacation on the beach. Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my son in for a routine cleaning and specifically told the staff no fluoride treatment. Despite my clear instructions, they ignored them and gave him a fluoride treatment anyway. To make matters worse, during the cleaning, the hygienist knocked off the bonding that had been done only a year ago. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed the previous bonding was “poorly done” and charged me $168 to redo it. Dr. Yang and ALE (including schedulers Col and Maria) provides my family with the BEST service and the BEST smile! ALE is amazingly accommodating!
