First Sanitation provides a very efficient, clean and timely service. We had service for 14 months during the build of our new home.
5 *****. I selected five stars for this review, it is showing only four stars, I’m not sure why. Highly recommend First Class Sanitation. They have provided us with first class service every step of the way. We have had a couple of their porta potties for about a year, during a construction project. Communication has been consistently prompt, friendly and accurate. Service always on time and special requests honored.
First Class Sanitation is great! From the phone answering on first couple of rings to clear price estimates provided within a couple hours, they were impressive! The staff were all polite and understanding. I didn't know anything about reserving portable toilets prior to this experience, but I'll use FCS next summer again for another group camp in the Coconino National Forest.
I recently employed First Class Sanitation to assist with a Celebration of Life for my wife out in the Flagstaff forest. They showed up to our remote location on time, the portable toilet was very clean, and they promptly collected the portable toilet as requested, The delivery/pick-up driver was very professional and respectful of our situation.
