Abandoned the job and stopped returning calls. Riley was professional and courteous until we pulled up some floor and found that what initially was a smaller job was ballooning into somehing larger. He said he'd get back to me with a new estimate in a day or two and that was the last I heard from him. I understand if you don't have the time or equipment but at least let me know; don't just cut a hole in my house and then leave me hanging!
Did a great job on an addition everything was perfect and no delays and was also done on time
First Class Restoration is definitely first class in my book! They were prompt and reasonably priced to help us. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommended for anyone looking!
Riley and Matt are top grade in my book. They provided top notch high quality work in our remodeling. Would definitely call again if/when we need something in the future.
