I recently met with the Czoer team to do a market analysis of my.home we were getting ready to list. They were very professional and also knowledgeable about the market. After talking with three different realtors, I can honestly say the Czoer team’s recommended list price was by far the closest to what the house actually sold for. Bev was my realtor in helping me find my new home. She was awesome and did an excellent job in finding me the correct home for me. She was efficient, friendly, honest and she spoiled me. I'll only use Czoer realtor for any of my home buying or selling needs.
I was looking for another house for 6+ months. I Called John at Czoer Team and he met me the next day to look at a house I saw online. He was very informed on the home. He arranged for my inspection for me. He kept me up to date with the bidding process(even after hours messages). He knew when and what I should ask for in the bidding. The Czoer Team once again made buying a home easy and quick. I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will call the Czoer Team for the 3rd time. And I loved the house warming gift.
