SCAMMERS!!!! I recently sold my home which is on septic. Home was built in 1976 and has leach lines. Before selling it I had my tanks emptied and needed work done to pass inspection. I called first class plumbing which was a big mistake. 1. They charged me $6k for risers and unfortunately I decided to get them. 2. They told me that they do not do leach lines and that they only do leach pits and quoted me $25k, thank goodness I said no.
