terrible customer service I ate at First Class Pizza on March 30, 2010. I never had such an uncomfortable experience. First I asked for a knife to cut the pizza for my one year old son and It was like asking for Gold. I was given an attitude by either the owner or manager (older women in her 50's with blondish/brownish color hair) When I was finally done explaining why I needed the knife then I was made to be embarrassed that I gave my 1 year old son and daughter a splash of my pink lemonade in their sippy cup.
