My kids use to attend this office in 2020 (the height of COVID), they would schedule appointments that I never received and would mark me as a no show. When I called in 2020 to try and schedule an actual appointment they told me my kids were dismissed and could "never return". I explained I did not receive any appointments and even asked if I could pay a no show fee since the office was convenient to my home and they told me no. We've had a mixture of good and not so good interactions at this dentist office. The staff that I've encountered are pretty friendly and helpful. However, during our last visit I requested no flouride be used on my toddler's teeth and it seemed to be a request respected by the hygentist. She was nice about it but, when Dr. T arrived to exam my son's mouth and learned of the request. He seemed combative towards me because of my choice to forego the treatment. This experience was so completely healing for me. I've had too many bad experiences as a kid and as and adult with dental offices. This practice has shown me just what a good, fun, safe and engaging dental practice looks like. The staff were so so so friendly, and understanding and the doctor is absolutely hilarious and super engaged with the kiddos.
