What makes Abed a good realtor is he is genuinely a good person. He is not looking to take advantage of people. I know this to be truth because of my own experience with him. When I first met him, he provided me a comprehensive booklet of everything I should expect, including costs, legal paperwork (broken down in simplest terms) and a complete checklist of all the tasks that need to be completed after the house is purchased.
