My experience with the administrative staff was deeply concerning. I found the receptionists' conduct to be unprofessional and, at times, seemingly discriminatory. Patients should carefully verify their financial responsibility with their insurance provider, as I was initially quoted approximately $300 for a follow-up visit to review test results, only to later learn that my actual obligation was $60.
