I went to this establishment with my granddaughter and we both believe they didn't respect us or our patronizing their business. The customer service was poor along with the techniques and skills the nail professionals had was very low level and it shows in the end result of both services. They should have been able to do a simple manicure and pedicure. But unfortunately they failed. My granddaughter had nails put on including a design which they could not do correctly. Highly don’t recommend they were out of five of the colors that I wanted got my nails done four days ago and they’re already cracking and chipping and looking like they’ve been done for months. Nothing was done to fix the situation no credit no nothing they just made it very clear they don’t do refunds!
I ABSOLUTELY LOOOVE HOLLY!!! she is incredible. She does my Mani and pedis. Everyone is great of course . I am just very thankful Holly does a wonderful job and makes me feel relaxed and pretty after my self care appointment. I have been coming to this location for over 6 years
Honestly, this place only looks nice, the staff are not very nice or honest. I had an existing soft gel overlay set on my natural nails. I came in to ask if they could do a fill (file and put more builder gel or gel overlay on my natural nails), and the lady at the front took a look at my nails and said yes. A different lady started doing my nails and as soon as she was done filing and prepping, she takes out acrylic powder.
