Paid a premium for full replacement value AND air conditioned (not climate controlled- there is a difference), long term storage, since we had expensive furniture and original pieces of artwork. One art piece that was varnished with a lacquered finish arrived with the white portions turned completely yellow. Horrible moving company they damaged my furniture and lost my boxes which had family heirlooms in it. I get no posit8ve response from them. Extremely unprofessional.
Do not spend your money here. I would first like to say i was recommended this company from a co worker, however the experience has been horrible. My wife and I had a move from Tampa, Florida to El Mirage Arizona. We were looking for the best option to be able to move our items without any trouble. The problem is when we were quoted for a delivery date of June 1-3th, our items did arrive until June 18th. This is based on two issues which i have been asking for information from the company and like the other complaints, they just do not feel the need to call back or email back after several requests. Moving is one of the most stressful undertakings and all you want is someone to hold your hand once and say this is the process from a to z and this is the time and the cost and on we go. Customer wanted someone to hold his hand, he had a salesperson and two move coordinators to help him with the huge undertaking of moving from Florida to Canada. I, probably like many others, chose this company to handle my long-distance relocation due to the seemingly raving reviews and reputable background. But unfortunately, my experience in dealing with this company from start to finish has been nothing but HORRIBLE!!! Moving is the second most stressful situation anyone can go through, divorce is number one. The driver should have contacted Mr. ***, that I agree with but the driver has indicated he was trying to find out when the repairs on his truck were going to be completed.
