If one purchases a motorcycle from you, us it wrong to expect some type of recognition if returning as a customer re bike service, to be told service costs now increased. We may be able to offer 10 percent discount, but wait till we tell you estimated basic service cost, one could wonder why. The offer of a discount versus new service costs, add that up versus customers going elsewhere..
