Rang and asked to speak to service as i was having issues with my Yamaha WR450,spoke to Daniel and what a grouse young fella ,i didnt expect him to fix my bike over the phone ,he has an obligation to hes business to be in business but he genuinely helped me and the bikes perfect ,ive told everyone that rides to now see this shop in Lilydale ,if the Dealer principal is reading this ,keep this man in a job ,good well spoken customer friendly staff are hard to find
It is with considerable disappointment that we commit this review, following what can only be described as a conspicuous display of institutional indifference on the part of this dealership, notwithstanding a commercial relationship spanning some fifteen to sixteen years and encompassing the acquisition of eight brand-new motorcycles, together with substantial ancillary expenditure on servicing, componentry, and merchandise. I've bought my last two bikes from First Class. These guys are truly fantastic. Both the service and sales teams are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend First Class enough!
Had one of their company vans deliberatly try run me off the road an hour ago, I was sitting on 70k/hr in a 60 zone, he came flying up behind and sat about 1.5m from my bumper, so I took my foot off the accelerator to get him to back off, he went to overtake me on the one lane each way road, which I was fine with as long as he was gone, until when he was directly next to me he started merging back into my lane, came incredibly close and would have absolutly caused a collision if I hadnt have swerved off the road into the sto... read more
