Idk what happened to this guy. He's either dead or just doesn't care enough to answer his phone anymore. Unfortunately (fortunately?), I believe it's the latter.
The AC is out again. I've already spoken to the manufacturer, you never registered the warranty and they won't honor it now. I will have somone out and send you the bill, I don't have time to wait on you and you not show up for days. We need to figure out this mess, whether it be a partial refund or come pick this garbage unit up and only charge for the new duct work. Whatever we have to do. Fantastic company. Have been using them for years for annual maintenance on HVAC systems, but just recently had them replace one of my units that was end of life. Very fair price (lower than competition) and top tier quality. They guys showed up right on time, worked quickly and quietly, all while taking all the necessary precautions to avoid any mess or damage to my home.
