I’m trying to figure out who is leaving fake 5-star reviews for this business. After getting a car wash and hearing constant wind noise, I discovered my windshield wasn’t properly sealed. When I reached out, it was handled unprofessionally—he scheduled a drop-off without confirming my availability and wouldn’t estimate how long the repair would take, even after I explained I needed to arrange transportation and childcare. I had an excellent experience with this shop , I needed to replace the front windshield on my car . The job was done professionally as well as in a timely manor. Price was below market . Highly recommend for glass work . Would use again .
Sean is the best. I have an old classic car that all the glass needed to be removed and reinstalled properly. I dropped the car off and it was done same day. The front windshield and back window came out perfect for a more than fair price. I will definitely use First Class Glass again.
Nothing but an amazing experience. Called him up around 1 pm, he took my car two hours later, and the next morning I get a text and pictures of my car completely finished by 10:30 am. He fully replaced my front and rear windshield. He took my car in right away and I got it back less than 24 hours later. First Class Glass is a perfect name for this company, because it is FIRST CLASS. I called Sean at 8:21am on Veterans Day. Even though the site says his hours may vary on this holiday he returned my call at 8:37 am on his way to his first appointment of the day, which was over an hour away. After learning I was due to make a trip with my vehicle to Florida on Wednesday, and he was booked solid he still promised to call later in the day and work me in somehow.
