Great friendly and professional service. Techs were experienced and took time to explain the process. We had carpet and grout cleaning. Outcome was amazing and the best cleaning I have had from any previous company. I would not use anyone else in the future and would highly recommend First Class to family and friends. Customer service gets an A+ for returned call, timeliness and clean-up. By the way, our carpet is light beige and high quality. You can trust this company!!
I was in desperate need of having our carpets cleaned. They were fine once in 15 years and we have 4 dogs and 2 cats (2 kids too) so when I say desperate need I mean it lol. First Class Floor Care was highly recommended to me and Rick came out yesterday. He was friendly, professional and really knew his business. I cannot believe the wonderful difference. I will call him the next time I need the carpets done as well as getting the kitchen grout cleaned. I would give this company higher than 5 stars if I could.
I previously had my grout cleaned and sealed and was disappointed. It still looked dirty. I found First Class Floor Care and Rick recommended that I color and seal the grout. He had Ryan do the work and it looks brand new! Ryan did a fantastic job! So glad I had them do my grout and will use them again if/when needed!
Rick and Ryan were very friendly, professional and always on time. They cleaned a large sectional, 3 rooms of carpet, a large amount of travertine downstairs and 3 tiled baths upstairs. Everything turned out beautifully. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. The travertine in the photos were after they put down the sealer thus the wet look.
