I previously had my grout cleaned and sealed and was disappointed. It still looked dirty. I found First Class Floor Care and Rick recommended that I color and seal the grout. He had Ryan do the work and it looks brand new! Ryan did a fantastic job! So glad I had them do my grout and will use them again if/when needed!
Rick and Ryan were very friendly, professional and always on time. They cleaned a large sectional, 3 rooms of carpet, a large amount of travertine downstairs and 3 tiled baths upstairs. Everything turned out beautifully. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. The travertine in the photos were after they put down the sealer thus the wet look. Absolutely wonderful experience. I purchased my home a couple years ago and have a small galley kitchen whose tiles I just couldn’t get completely clean on my own. Some places didn’t want to take the job bc it was smaller. First Class Floor Care was reasonably priced and did a great job. I don’t think I the previous owner had ever done a deep clean bc I had no idea the tile grout was brick colored until today. Quick, on time, even got down on his hands and knees to get the parts the machine couldn’t.
Rick did an excellent job on my tile & carpet. Happy all around.
I have used First Class Floor Care 2 times now and I will continue to use them for my carpet and tile! Not only are they affordable and punctual, but both Rick and Brandon are polite, professional and thorough. Both times I have called to schedule they get back to me by the end of the day and are able to work with my hectic schedule. My carpets and tile stay clean and the spots in my carpet from a new puppy have not resurfaced. Thanks guys, clients for life!
