Not an elderly friendly gym. Squat barbell was left with 110kg and due to my back issue I wasn't able to unrack it. Thought was just a case but after a while I realised that is common thing in the gym to NOT unrack weight! Staff doesn't care, they don't even put sign inviting gym members to do that. Very disappointed
Such a spacious gym! Lots of machines that I hadn’t used before, staff are lovely! There is also a room up the top that you can relax & go on the massage chairs after your workout! The best gym on the peninsula 🩷
Trained here happily for 3 years. Great classes. Plenty of space and good amenities. Ample parking and friendly staff. The locker system is very helpful too. Highly recommend.
Great gym with all the equipment you need and more. Nice high ceilings with large open doors to outside for fresh air flow. Showers are as you would wish they are and friendly staff
