Trained here happily for 3 years. Great classes. Plenty of space and good amenities. Ample parking and friendly staff. The locker system is very helpful too. Highly recommend.
Great gym with all the equipment you need and more. Nice high ceilings with large open doors to outside for fresh air flow. Showers are as you would wish they are and friendly staff
From outside it looks cool, then when you enter the gym you notice that: 1. The plates of the same kg have different sizes and brand.. (they don't even have the 0.5kg, 1kg and 2kg one) 2. The bench press has not safe bars! and only two high option for the barbell.(worst bench press I have ever seen) 3. Most people do not rerack the weights and the staff doesn't really care about it. This gym has a good potential considering the space, just need someone who understand a little bit about weights.
Good size gym with, friendly staff, could do with one more cable cross-machine as it's a popular machine
