Bill the owner arrived on the set time that he had given me and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He was very kind and courteous. He replaced my outdoor outlet which had caught on fire. He made sure no further damage was caused. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

We had an issue with the GFI in our garage affecting our deep freezer and called First Class Electric, as we were already considering him for an outlet issue elsewhere. He arrived in 20 minutes, even though we called after 5pm. He quickly identified and fixed both problems, demonstrating great expertise. He was professional, respectful of our property, and efficient throughout. We’ll definitely hire him again for upcoming projects. Fair pricing, even for a last-minute call.
