Great company with prompt, reliable, professional and friendly service. I recently had a leaking window and Jose Lopez went above and beyond to find the source of the leak . He sealed the window and fixed the gutter scupper and hopper that had a slow leak above the window. Jose kept me informed along the way and his attention to detail was obvious. Contacted them over a month ago to get some windows fixed. Was told someone would reach out to come look at them for an estimate. Never heard back so I reached out again, and was apologized to and set up a time for someone to come out. It has been over 3 hours since our agreed upon time, and they still have not come nor given me any update. Who knows if they'll even show up
You will not find a better company! Their work is FLAWLESS!
I called twice and was assured someone would call me back to schedule an appt. 2 weeks later still no call. I'm definitely not interested in using them for any service if they can't even return phone calls for an appt. No thank you.
