I looked SO GOOD on my wedding day! Thank you so much for the amazing tux, I got so many compliments day of and the sizing and return process was a breeze!
Got our groomsmen suit rentals through Collins (after visiting Hamilton). It was super convenient to be able to pick our suits up here instead of driving all the way back to Hamilton. Fast to respond and made the extra effort to remind us to pick up early in case sizes were off.
Unfortunately, a very very unfriendly attitude and does not apologize when making mistakes. I often left his store feeling frustrated majority of the time (either him complaining about my alteration asks or giving me hard time for needing my dry cleaning back sooner than a full week). After the final not-so-good interaction, I've decided to take my business elsewhere which is unfortunate as the location was very convenient. I hope this feedback helps for future customers.
I needed a tuxedo for a black-tie event, on short notice: First Class was able to do it, with excellent service and well informed sartorial suggestions. Based on the success of that first visit, I’ll also be having my tailoring done there as well. They have a very good eye for the right details. Thank you for making my black-tie event a success.
Excellent service and great styles. When my tuxedo originally arrived there were changes that I asked for, and all was handled quickly and professionally by Mehdi. I would definitely rent from here again, and highly recommend!
