Eric has come out twice now to help me remove the smell of cat urine from the carpets in the basement & he’s done an excellent job at explaining the work he’s doing & taking the time to put care into his work - even going above & beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my living space. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and First Class Carpet Cleaning! We have carpet that our dogs and kids had done a number on - the worst kind of pet stains, spill stains, etc. I really shopped around for a carpet cleaner and though I had never used First Class, I decided to give them a try. Shout out to Eric for getting us in QUICKLY. From initial contact to appointment was less than a week, which I found to be very impressive. He did a great job and was meticulous. I would recommend them over and over again!
Excellent job. They did a wonderful job getting the pet ordors out, and made my carpet look and smell like new. They were friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.
