First Class showed up, got to work, and when he was done it honestly looked brand new. Even pulled out old pet stains other companies said were permanent. Eric has come out twice now to help me remove the smell of cat urine from the carpets in the basement & he’s done an excellent job at explaining the work he’s doing & taking the time to put care into his work - even going above & beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with my living space. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and First Class Carpet Cleaning! We have carpet that our dogs and kids had done a number on - the worst kind of pet stains, spill stains, etc. I really shopped around for a carpet cleaner and though I had never used First Class, I decided to give them a try.
