Poor service I have used First Class many times over the years and while they started out great, they have gone down hill since. The last 2 times they have shown up hours late or had to reschedule, and the service this time around was horrible! My carpet is STILL wet and stained! The carpets were soaked and do not look clean at all. While doing our vents, the guy walked onto the brand new carpet area without booties on and began to put down his equipment until I told him to put down a tarp.
