I called First Class Carpet Care a couple of weeks ago and set up a carpet cleaning appointment for today. After that, there was no extra back and forth, and donald showed up right on time this morning just as scheduled. I was very impressed with the whole service and the final carpet cleaning results. Jack did an amazing job on our carpet cleaning with First Class Carpet Care. He replied to our inquiry quickly, arrived right on time, and was very professional from start to finish. After a quick walk-through of our apartment, I felt completely comfortable leaving him to handle the carpet service.
