We had a wonderful experience with our carpet cleaning service! We had them come out to deep clean all the carpets throughout our home, steam clean our area rugs and upholstered furniture, and even take care of some tile and grout cleaning. Miles and the team were very careful, using protective coverings to keep our hardwood floors and baseboards safe while they worked. Had them out to clean my carpets in Indian Trail. I had a 9:30 appointment and Jack arrived early at 9:20. He came in, measured the area, and gave me a quote. I agreed to the price and he got started right away. While working, Jack explained the carpet cleaning process to me. He finished by 11:30, and the carpets looked fantastic. Miles and Kingston did an amazing job steam cleaning my carpets, as well as the tiles and grout. Both were very friendly, easy to chat with, and showed a lot of excitement for their work.
