We brought our suv in for a complete detail inside and outside,When we got home we noticed that the painted on pin stripes on both sides of the vehicle were damaged.We returned the next day and notified the establishment. I recently did a whole house move. In the move the back of my Navigator got pretty trashed. I asked the guy this morning if he could work some magic on the carpet. They went out of their way to clean it better than I thought was possible. Thanks guys for going the extra mile.
What a bad experience and the manager didn't even seem to care or make things right. They could have at least vacuumed it properly and wipe the dust off the dash those are the 1st things I noticed.
You all lost a customer with bad customer service.
My truck was filthy from months on the road. I almost didn't recognize it when they pulled it up. Clean glass and freshly vacuumed. Perfect!!

I have been going there for 5+ years and have never been disappointed! It’s the only place i take my 2008 car, and it looks and smells new when i leave! A great and friendly crew!
