First time at 1st Class Automotive and was very impressed! Everyone I talked to was friendly, attentive, and honest. The facility was clean. The prices were great. All around great experience and will be taking all of our cars here from now on!
I have always left as a satisfied customer after getting my car serviced here. Yesterday there was an issue I had with my method of pay and the manager Chelsea was extremely kind. She treated me as a human being and with respect. With her help and the two front desk teammates Shaggy and Tyler, we were able to take care of my car. I appreciate it and will continue to refer people here!!!
