Recently had our Honda jazz looked at by these guys and the service was second to none. Regan kept us informed throughout the diagnostic and repair process. They didn’t recommend anything beyond what the problem they identified and had the issue resolved the same day. Couldn’t recommend First Class Automatics more highly.
Absolutely and truly a great experience and professional walked in stressed with 2 cars broken 1 gearbox 1 computer issue with the transmission and what can I say gearbox was diagnosed and fixed inside 3 weeks then second car was booked in at another garage waiting for parts for up to 6 weeks still waiting for parts from the other garage and this team here have fixed the car in 3 days saving me money as well so will be going back they truly deserve peoples business and yours too thank u team
Transmission service in july, nothing wrong with the transmission besides a slight shudder when excelerating up hills, i assumed low fluid from the last service - that was confirmed to me when picking the car up. No shavings in fluid, it was slightly dirty, they told me they added the correct amount of fluid and an additive to improve the shudder. - thats it. shudder additive put in the transmission without my consent or consult, i would have declined due to being aware that this line of honda doesnt react well to additives.... read more
Attended with issues with a BT50 gearbox issues. Not wanting to select drive and rough shifting etc. the gearbox had been looked at by 2 other gearbox mobs that could not provide a definitive answer to what was to be done to rectify. I was provided my options and opted for a complete rebuild and a new transmission cooler. Overall have been great to deal with from start to finish
If I had known this store was affiliated with Midas, I would not have chosen this service. When I got a call about picking up my car I was informed about how "women don't understand cars" "women have a bad rep with me" and lots more conversation that made me feel talked down to. The initial service on the car was fine; however, I came to find that my dashcam had been turned off as well, which left me with no footage recorded until I noticed this. Thankfully, I didn't get in an accident. Save your money. Go somewhere else
