Everyone from the technician to the telephone scheduler was courteous, polite and professional. They contact your insurance to arrange for payment for the claim, they come to you (so you don't lose time at work), and they guarantee their work!

I CALLED FIRST CLASS SPOKE WITH GREG THE OWNER MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED ON MY BMW 850. MARK AND DANNY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE JOB AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD. MARK AND DANNY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE WINDSHIELD WAS EVER REPLACED. THEY WHERE CLEAN AND POLITE. THANK YOU SADIE P. When the windshield on my 1985 300 ZX cracked, I took a friend's recommendation and brought it to Greg at First Class. I was under the impression that the replacement would be simple; it wasn't. He pointed out that the glass cracked because of rust forming around the the framing of the windshield (which is typical in those cars). After a few days, he contacted me that the work was done. i had a broken windshield in my bmw and greg the owner came to my house and picked up my car because it was raining. brought the car back to his shop and replaced the windshield and brought it back. would use this shop and recommend this shop to everyone who has a broken glass.
