I needed a ride roundtrip to/from DTW for a work trip this week. Rob arrived early both times, helped with my luggage and was extra courteous. He’s the best! I will definitely be recommending and using again in the future. Thank you again!

We scheduled a 4:45. Pick-up time from our home…. Going to Metro airport today at 4:45…. At 5 am NO driver. We called Eddie, and he stated, “oh, I thought your time was 5:45😱. We panic!! Our boarding time is 6:15 am… not sure we would make it…… we drove to the airport as fast as we could…… This is Unacceptable because if you call and cancel your ride one hour before your pick up time…. Eddie, will charge-you $65.. What do we get if we missed our plane today?

This was our first experience using a limo service. We cannot say enough how Rob’s service exceeded our expectations. He stayed in touch, confirming the logistics, arriving early, very neatly dressed with a super clean, very comfortable ride. He was pleasant, courteous and professional. Worth every penny! Very easy to work with. Very friendly and attentive service when trying to book with them. Answered all my questions and very helpful. I used their services for a customer with the company I work for. I set up a roundtrip driver service from DTW airport to a VRBO rental in Ira, MI. I was told the driver was on-time and provided great service. Will definitely use them again if we ever have trips to the Detroit area again. Thank you!
