Terrible. They installed central AC in my house, one system in the basement, the other in the attic. First, the condensate leaked into my walls causing mold and water damage. Then, a year in, the systems developed water (condensate) in the air ducts. I had Bruni & Campisi come and take a look and when they saw the installation, they literally laughed out loud. First Class really values their company name and gives the client great first class service and incredible value. Chris was very knolwedable about the furnace he installed today for me, very clean, and professional! They may not be the cheapest around but boy o boy I cant rave enough about how much value they gave me. Touch notch guys, dont pass them up!!

My heating and AC unit died in the middle of May during a mini-heat wave. First Class came out, evaluated the size of my house and recommended a unit that would best suit our home. Their price was thousands less than their competition. They completed the install quickly and cleaned up the room when they finished. Definitely recommend First Class Air.
