The trust apartment is the sorriest run department I have ever done business with. Zero communication. I would strongly advise anybody not do business with first citizens national Bank trust department. It is horrible and horribly ran.
To make any changes to my bank account I have to be there in person that’s why I have a bank account here because yall were open on Saturdays but since yall stopped working Saturdays chime is starting to good to me and a lot other people I will be closing my account soon
