This particular branch of First Citizens Bank is full of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with !!! I would highly recommend this bank and this location!!!
I stop by to get twenty dollars worth of quarters for my laundry and was told if. I don't have a account I can not get the the quarters. I think that's a bad practice as a bank. I could've been a new customer if they actually tried. But with that type of practice I will never bank with them.
