First Citizens Bank has mishandled my account in multiple ways and engaged in deceptive practices. My account was closed after I reported employee misconduct, yet a refund from Nordstrom sent to my closed account in January 2023 has still not been returned — it’s been about three years now. I went today to open checking account, there was 5 employees , and they told me we are short in stuff you have to come back later or do online application..
