Caution - In my experience, this location charges fees that no other branch charges. I called to complain I was only charged fees for the same type of transaction at this branch location, for differing amounts, and with only certain tellers. The branch manager, Jennifer, continued to talk to others while I was on the call with her and didn't listen to me. She attempted to quote a fee to me, but the charges didn't match. Her only response was, "I'll talk to my team".
This branch discriminates against certain groups...It is disgusting, the behaviour and customer treatment. Never had an issue in all my years banking with the downtown location, run by a Black woman.
The person that helped me was nice, courteous, and informative. I think her name was Ms. Edwards.
They won’t cash a check without calling the person who wrote it first. Good luck with that. They will waste your time, charge you to cash their own checks, and are rude to you at the teller station. No honor here, just greed.
