I went today to open checking account, there was 5 employees , and they told me we are short in stuff you have to come back later or do online application..

Caution - In my experience, this location charges fees that no other branch charges. I called to complain I was only charged fees for the same type of transaction at this branch location, for differing amounts, and with only certain tellers. The branch manager, Jennifer, continued to talk to others while I was on the call with her and didn't listen to me. She attempted to quote a fee to me, but the charges didn't match. Her only response was, "I'll talk to my team".
This branch discriminates against certain groups...It is disgusting, the behaviour and customer treatment. Never had an issue in all my years banking with the downtown location, run by a Black woman.
