The site says they are open but the actual office is closed . Some other customer just came out of the bank and said they are closed as of 2 pm and it is 3:26 pm .

If you're looking for a small Private Bank it will work if you looking for different product it is more limited.

I am very satisfied, they do my work on time, I don't wait too long, the employees are very kind and active, I am satisfied and I am not ready to change my bank

I think like in any other business if you have a bad manager the The whole business not functioning. You have been a few times that I got in needed to do a little thing and a manager was sitting in his office doing nothing or walking around, but I needed to come back to make an appointment in a few days to see him or one of the other associates. In a few other words The worst customer service you can get.
