we have business banked here for 25 years, placing stop payment on a check takes an act of congress now after being rotated through 4 or 5 persons and holding for over an hour I am being told that I dont exist in their system, currently on hold for a supervisor
Worst bank staff I have ever seen. I wanted to open a business checking account, I gave them all the information they asked. He asked for more statements a couple days later and I provide those too. Didn't hear from him for a week so I emailed and called, no response. Did this over a period of several weeks and I would talk to them on the phone and they would say we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
