Lovely ladies!
Cant ever log onto the website. You change your password, it says its been changed and to try logging in again, only for it to say "sorry, try logging in again." GARBAGE BANK.
Worse bank ever. Called about our account & they refused to speak to me over the phone. Lowest money market rates at 0.02% while other banks are paying at least 4.00%. Rude people.
For an institution that’s supposed to keep your money safe they’re really good at losing it. If you try to follow up you will realize their favorite phrase is “I don’t know”. Don’t bank with first citizens.
