⭐️ 1 star – Not business-owner friendly I run a car business and need predictable access to funds. Unfortunately, First Citizens Bank has been a constant headache—even after more than a year of banking with them. They repeatedly place extended holds on cashier’s checks and have delayed Zelle transfers for around three days. They gave me appointment and i visited almost 4 times for open bank account and then thay dont care about customers. ......
Teller should of asked for help when she realized she was unable to help me. Instead she kept trying to figure it out on her own. Wound up wasting my time and hers. I left unable to accomplish what I needed at the bank with the amount of time that was wasted.
Great customer service.
