The staff are very excited to see you walked in. You are greeted by any person that had an eye contact with you. Your transactions are handled very quickly and you are on your way to your other business.
As a business customer of this bank, I could not in good faith recommend them or their processes to anyone. At the time of writing this review, I've been in a dispute case since December of 2023. A police report has been filed, fraud report filed, and there has been no contact from the bank about my case, and still no resolution. The only updates I receive are when I personally reach out to find out the status of the case. Beyond this branch, calling into FCB Fraud Department is no better.
