As a business customer of this bank, I could not in good faith recommend them or their processes to anyone. At the time of writing this review, I've been in a dispute case since December of 2023. A police report has been filed, fraud report filed, and there has been no contact from the bank about my case, and still no resolution. The only updates I receive are when I personally reach out to find out the status of the case. Beyond this branch, calling into FCB Fraud Department is no better. Excellent customer service from everyone! Such a friendly place that it has that Hometown Bank kinda feel. Highly recommend.
