Not a current customer, never will be. Waited 25 minutes to talk to a loan officer that could give me a secured party number for a customer of theirs trying to get a loan. Terrible customer service. I never did get the information.
Worst manager ever! Tried getting a simple bank statement and manager said we have to pay and get exact dates of every check we need statements for. I just wanted statements of the last two months.
Trying to get someone to answer their phones is a joke. Their financial services representative is only at the 27th st. Branch on Tuesday and Thursday. I have been calling that # for 3 days with no answer, how the hell can you make an appt. If they don't answer the phone. I have been with them since they were Guaranty Bank and since that changed service is hit and miss.
So I have been trying to cash a check through these guys 4 times now. So I'm kind of frustrated when my bank account is -$391 so I need my money now. I went in there they had problems again cashing a check from there own bank!!! Well I sat down to calm myself down but there wannabe old crusty security guard stood up like he was going to do something! Really??
