Great bank, very professional and courteous.
Withholds tax documents, refuses to pick up the phone, unprofessional representatives (literally said that we dont know what my grandfather wanted to our faces) if giving a negative rating was possible I would. At this point I'd be more willing to trust someone with a gambling addiction with my money than them.
