One of the best banking experiences I have had! The staff was very helpful. The objective was achieved easily!
Great bank, very professional and courteous.
Withholds tax documents, refuses to pick up the phone, unprofessional representatives (literally said that we dont know what my grandfather wanted to our faces) if giving a negative rating was possible I would. At this point I'd be more willing to trust someone with a gambling addiction with my money than them.
Love my bank. Not only are the tellers considerate, thoughtful and knowledgeable....they call me by my first name, help me handle any concerns or questions immediately, and make me feel more like family than an account number.
