Our Family has been banking at First Citizens for many years. Through all of the name changes & New Ownerships that the Banking Industries have made & have gone through we are still with them for alot of reasons. We have been Banking with them for over 30 plus years. Sonia at Glendora is amazing. We do have a Frist Citizens closer to our home in West Covina but my parents insist on going to Glendora because the wonderful service that Sonia, Allan & Irene the Bank tellers provide to us when we go there in person. No sense of urgency or professionalism. Horrible bank and the people here don’t know what they’re doing they’ve been here too long. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this place at all costs.
