These clowns are now charging a $2.25 administrative fee for one-time ACH payments. They're going to lose millions of banked dollars because they want to nickel and dime longtime customers. Avoid them at all costs.
Every month when I try to pay my HOA fees the password no longer matches and I have to reset the password! I save the "new" password to my Google password manager every time so this isn't user error.
