I have been with First Citizens Bank for about 10 years for business and personal. First, one of my employees bank account was hacked on a Sunday night and transferred around $50,000 and wiped out his account. He called the bank first thing Monday morning and nothing. The bank NEVER refunded his money. Second, I invested 1.5 million through the banks investment side during a bear market in 2021. There are a lot better banks to go with who at least act like they care and know their products. You can tell the manager and some of the tellers do not like their job.
My parents have been long-time clients of FCB. I needed to help them with some banking/finance issues and Korrie Ward stepped right up to the plate to make sure everything was taken care of. She made everything easy and seamless and ensured all of their banking needs were being met. I've known Korrie for years now and she is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and has a servant's heart. If you need a good personal banker, her and her team will absolutely take care of you!
This location has the worst customer service. Rude and unprofessional each time I go. Close to me the only reason I go. Don’t expect much.
