This bank is a hot mess....trying to do business over the phone in clearly antiquated with too many redundancies for the sake of having redundancies. Save yourself the frustration and bank elsewhere.

I have been with First Citizens Bank for about 10 years for business and personal. First, one of my employees bank account was hacked on a Sunday night and transferred around $50,000 and wiped out his account. He called the bank first thing Monday morning and nothing. The bank NEVER refunded his money. Second, I invested 1.5 million through the banks investment side during a bear market in 2021.
